Minimum Order

$250 for Opening Orders and $100 for Reorders.
Note: Love+Local prepares orders upon receipt. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

Payment Terms

All accounts are set up with credit card. AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS, FOB Laurel, MS 39440. Freight to AK, HI, PR, and GU will be shipped via the most economical route unless otherwise specified.

Return Policy

Due to the on-demand production of Love+ Local products, all items are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.

Shipping Claims

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, products may occasionally arrive damaged during shipping. Any damage must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

We will make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the product or issuing a credit to your account. Photographic evidence may be required to support claims filed with our carrier.

If a claim is submitted, please do not dispose of the damaged product or packaging until instructed, as carriers may deny claims if items are not available for inspection.

One of the advantages of working with Love+Local is the opportunity to create customized designs tailored to your store(s). We strive to maintain these SKUs for the lifespan of their product category; however, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or discontinue items at any time.
